Hosted by Islwyn Running Club, this is an
excellent course with 2 laps around the very scenic country park and a
short dash down the road to finish outside Caerphilly Council HQ at
Tredomen Park, Ystrad Mynach CF82 7PG
The total distance is 4.75 miles.

Toilet facilities are available here.
Please allow at least 15 minutes to walk/jog to the start line.
